Construction Stakeout Services, As-Built and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey.  Stakeout services for a Stop and Shop and Strip Mall on a 10 acre site on Route 27 in Franklin Township.  Our services included as-builts prepared throughout the construction process for review of construction accuracy, and preparation of multiple as-built survey documents for lender and municipal review.

 

Brookdale Gardens Condominiums, Bloomfield, NJ
Boundary and Topographic Survey of a 20 acre condominium complex in downtown Bloomfield, adjacent to the Glen Ridge Country Club.

 

 

Edgerstoune Road Stakeout, Township of Princeton, NJ
Construction Stakeout Services and As-Built Survey.  Stakeout of 2,400 linear feet of a residential road in Princeton.  We provided coordination with the municipal engineer and surveyor to provide stakeout for new curb and storm improvements.

 

 

Transistor Devices, Inc. Facility, Township of Randolph, NJ
Preparation of Wetlands Delineation Plan.  We provided a boundary and topographic survey, referenced to the NJ State Plane Coordinate System, for use in the preparation of a Wetlands Delineation Plan to be submitted to the NJ Department of Environmental Protection.  This 15 acre parcel is partially wooded and encumbered by streams, ditches and wetlands, with a manufacturing building and associated parking.  We worked closely with our client and the environmental consultant to prepare the wetlands delineation plan for submission with their report.

 

 

Frelinghuysen Subdivision, Harding Township, NJ
Preparation and review of Survey and Major Subdivision Plat, working on a team with an engineering client.   This property consists of 13 proposed lots and two proposed roads in Harding Township on 150 acres.  3 Wire has prepared written descriptions for all easements and proposed lots and right-of-ways, and has reviewed and signed the Final Plat for filing with the Morris County Clerk.

 

 

Residential Construction, Sycamore Farm Road, Harding Township, NJ
Survey Preparation, Construction Stakeout Services and As-Built Survey for construction of a residence on an 8 acre parcel in Harding Township.  This is an LEED certified project, where we performed construction stakeout of all subsurface elements, drives and houses during the construction process.  We have performed a Foundation Location Survey and are preparing As-Built services on an ongoing basis.
